You should also stop smoking as it weakens the connective tissue resulting to cellulites. This may not seem easy but this can certainly be done if you have self-discipline.

Another important tip on how to get rid of cellulite on legs is through regular exercise. Walking for at least 30 minutes everyday and doing strength training two or three times a week may also be effective. For best results, you may want to incorporate aerobic exercises with your strength exercises. Doing this regularly would improve your endurance and thus you can do more exercises. Strength training is very effective as the muscles would burn more calories each day. A pound of muscle could burn 35 to 50 calories each day compared to only 2 calories that a pound of fat can burn each day.

This may take some time and effort for you to see its results. Don’t expect to see the results in only a few weeks of following these tips. If you want instant results, you have other options. But this may be the healthiest and safe method in getting rid of cellulite on legs compared to surgical means. Its effects are also permanent and last longer as long as you continue following these useful tips. Now you can flaunt your legs without being embarrassed.
