Easy Do-It-Yourself Cellulite Exercises To Bust Fat
One of the easiest tricks on the list of exercises to get rid of cellulite only requires you to have a clean floor surface. First, rest your body on the floor while facing it so that your stomach touches it. Before completely resting yourself on the floor, bend your elbows inwards so that you could rest your head on your arms. Let both sides of your hips touch the floor and slowly lift one leg at a time 6 to 8 times before switching to your other leg. It would be ideal to perform this routine two to three times, or more if you could handle more sets over time.
Another cellulite exercise involves you kneeling down on the floor, with your elbows and not your hands supporting your body. After initially forming an arch-like form with this position, straighten your back and lift one of your legs behind you until it forms an angle with the floor. Hold this position with each leg alternately for as long as you can.
Last among the list of exercises for cellulite uses a little improvisation and requires the use of a sturdy and stable chair. Chairs with a broad base are the most ideal when it comes to stability. First, lay your hands on the side of your chair. Then, lift and extend your left leg and exhale and go back to your normal breathing before holding your breath for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, lower your left leg and inhale as you lower it some more. Repeat this cycle with your right leg.
Cellulite exercises are very easy to do. If you are motivated enough to get rid of those unwanted cellulite in your abdomen, hips, and thighs, all the above exercises could be done from your own home at your own convenience.
