Body Sculpting
For most people, the best option to take is to follow a body sculpting diet and exercise plan for the simple reason that it works, you get lasting results and it is basically free (of course you will have to join a gym, or purchase some fitness equipment, but that’s about it). There are many options out there that will help you body sculpt:
• P90X and other ‘fad’ workout programs. I say ‘fad’ workout programs because, unlike a fad body sculpting diet, these programs generally require two things—hard work, and dedication. No workout program is going to be successful at helping you truly body sculpt unless it is hard, period.
• Gilad’s Ultimate Body Sculp Workouts. Gilad’s workouts are examples of great programs you can actually watch on TV and follow as if you were in a class at the gym. If you are budget or time constrained, this could be one great option for you.
• The traditional method – going to a gym, and working out. This is a tried and true method, but remember—you must learn how to workout properly beforehand. Don’t just go and start lifting weights, be sure to have a trained professional help you develop a personal workout plan that will be tailored to your personal goals. You obviously don’t want to follow the same women body sculpting plan that your best friend uses—you need your own.
The second option you have in terms of contouring your body is laser body sculpting or body sculpting liposuction. Laser lipo, lipodissolve, liposuction, and vaser lipo are some of your main options you have when it comes to surgically or non-surgically removing that unwanted fat and shaping your body by a surgeon. Remember that while all these methods are very effective, they will only work in conjunction with a body sculpting diet or workout plan. In addition, some of these methods (specifically Lipodissolve) have not been approved by the FDA, and as such may present certain risks to the patient. As such it’s very important to consult with your doctor before undergoing any of the above treatments and also to remember that they will not be as effective if you want to loose 200 pounds and are looking for an easy way out that does not require exercise.
So, when and how will these body sculpting surgeries be effective and a smart choice? Generally speaking they will work best when you combine them with exercise. If you have been working out, dieting, and doing all that you can to loose your love handles (or any fatty part of your body for that matter) and you still have not gotten rid of them, then these options may be a great way for you to shape and contour those final areas of your body. If this is your case, then sit down and discuss your options with your doctor or health care professional and find out which options are best for you.
